Strategic Planning Underway

Executive, committee chairs and volunteers are undertaking a three month initiative to effectively plan for the future of our fabulous fair.  We are starting with a review of our Mission, Mandate and Core Values.  Input from active volunteers and community input will give us lots of ideas and information as we look to the future.  What do you think we should STOP – START – CONTINUE?
