This event will take place on Saturday, September 9, 2017
from noon until 6 pm at the Paisley fairgrounds.
Individuals or teams must pre-register before
midnight on September 8, 2017 to Secretary Berni 353-5664.
Registration fee is $35 – fresh pork back-ribs will be supplied.
Entrants & prize winners will be celebrated at the
Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, September 9th at 7 pm
NEW for 2017 – 75 tickets will be available to purchase to attend the rib tasting and meet the ambassador competitors between 5pm and 7pm on Saturday evening. Tickets are $5.00 each and include a taste of each competitors ribs, salads, French fries and beverage. Get your tickets early as there are a limited number.
