2026 theme poster 1_edited.jpg

This is the second workshop in our 2026 Home & Harvest Workshop series; Canning and Preserving. Just in time for the upcoming garden season, this introductory workshop will demo how to make cooked strawberry jam and then we'll make quick pickles (asparagus this time, but the same method transfers to other quick pickles too). You'll be taking a jar home of each to enjoy. We'll also share tips & tricks for exhibiting at the fall fair.

Pre-register as class size is limited.

About Our Fair

For 170 years, the Paisley Agricultural Society has proudly hosted the Paisley Fall Fair, a celebration of our rural heritage and community spirit. From the largest one-day heavy horse show in the area to free, educational children's activities, farm animals, homecraft competitions, live music, and delicious food, our fair offers something for everyone. Rooted in tradition and powered by dedicated volunteers, we invite you to experience the warmth, excitement, and charm of Paisley’s favorite fall event!

Plans are well underway for the 2026 fall fair.  If you have ideas, suggestions, or would like to volunteer or donate/sponsor a class, please contact us!

The 2026 Exhibitor Prize Book will be on this site by June 1st.
